Pondcare: Melafix

Is there a difference between the regular Melafix and the Pondcare Melafix? The Pondcare seems to be more stronger and it's a bigger bottle. I want to treat my Arowana for cloudy eye, but the bottle said for Goldfish and Koi. Do you think I can use it for tropical?

It is more concentrated but from my understanding it is the same stuff. I have it myself and have used it on my ciclhids with good results.

The pondcare is 5x more concentrated than the regular. I got mine at Petsmart.
