I was wondering how the sturgeon owners out their kept their sturgeons water cool. Chiller, air temp, etc.
Thanks

you need a lake to house sturgeon. they usually grow to 100lb very quickly.
Im really confused where he asked a question to get this answer.

There are large fast growing sturgeon and slow growing smaller sturgeon,

As far as I know there is no distinction between pond and lake based on size. Some one on here has an aquarium (not pond) that is 50,000 gallons which is more than enough for a few sturgeons. Given the size a sturgeon pond would have to be I'd go with a geothermal system if they can be installed in your area. Anything else would be ghastly expensive to run at those sizes. Chillers would be commercial grade units, and fans would suck water out for the pond/lake at an alarming rate.
