Poo stock oottom

I have a sump and a canister filters on my 220 gal. However All the poo stocks on the bottom. I know I need a power head to make them float. But how strong should it be? How many lph do I need? I don't want too strong current though. Is a wave maker enough?

Is your tank bare bottom? I just vacuum it when it comes time for the weekly water change.

Yes it is bare bottom. So is it ok to stay it for a week?
