I have the opportunity to buy a Pentair 145320 for pennies essentially. It's a 46" pool filter similar to an Ultima or Wlim.
I don't know much about pool filters but I'm assuming it will work the same as either of those if filled with the right media and sized for the right pump. Is this correct? Is it too big?
I don't even have my monster tank yet but if this is a good deal I might as well grab it now.
