It's my favorite substrate. Here are some of my pics of my tanks with PFS.

The sand gets stirred a couple times a year, that's about all I ever do with it (unless the fish don't disrupt it at all)

looks almost exactly like the "gimme the really course stuff" sand at leslies pool (nationwide pool supply chain).. its like $11..
