Does anyone know how to widening the 1.5” pool hose up so I don’t need an adaptor to change to pvc hose. Trying to not use the adaptor that leaks air from pvc to pool hose.. Picture is a thousand words.
If you cut lines in the end of the PVC and use a heat gun, then it is possible to reduce the diameter at that end. I do this for attaching PVC to corrugated pipe for dust collection. Don't see why it wouldn't work for this.

Well I just used a sander and sand down the pvc pipe and try to slip the pool hose that was heated with hot water to slide in but no luck. How deep of a cut on the pvc u did to get it in??
