hey guys i want to make a ghetto pool pond but ive never had a pond before so my question is... how do you get water movement? (filtration). what do i need to filter it? at the moment im pretty clueless so enlighten me please, all info is welcome, thanks in advanced.

Water movement is easy w/a pump. Filtering can be easy to extreme. Many styles and costs avail. I prefer a skimmer that houses the pump(to hide it) and goes to a waterfall that acts as my filter. It is filled w/plants and has some mech. in it.

Bio-Falls... Water enters the bottom. Goes through two layers of Malta mat, then the roots of the hyacinth.
