I set up a pool pond 3 to 4 weeks ago. I checked the bottom for any sharp objects. Couldn't find anything. But today I felt something beneath it after feeling the object I found out that it was a screw lying down horizontally. I just changed the water today so I can't empty the pond again since fish will get stressed out. I can't take it out due to weight of water. I need urgent advice

It's been there the whole time, so it's not really "urgent", but you do need to get that out of there. It will eventually cut/tear the liner and if you think your fish will be stressed out by removing it now, you'll have a coronary then.

Depending upon where it's located, i.e. how far from the vertical side, you should be able to drain the pond down to a few inches of water and then get your hand under the liner far enough to reach it. Your fish won't enjoy it...neither will you...but it really should be done. If you have some kind of water storage container into which you can pump the water, and then return it after the job is done, then I suppose that might help, but it's really not necessary. Your pond has just had a water change, which means that doing another large change right now will cause the least worry regarding a major change in parameters.

Not really sure what else you hope to hear. Setting up the pond on top of a sharp screw on the floor was a mistake. Fix it. There are no magic solutions.

I would not wait too long though, eventually, the pool liner will become brittle due to temperature fluctuations throughout the year, if it's the same material that PVC pond liners use.
Either way, the fish are going to be stressed, but what I would do is buy a kiddie pool, pump water into the kiddie pool, net the fish in there, do the liner work, and maybe do another inspection to make sure you didn't miss anything, and then pump the water back and add the fish back.
