It would appear that the practice is pretty popular in some circles as I have seen similar videos in the past.There is really no reason to fillet a fish while living and will only weaken the quality of fillet, as far as i know.
I think someone posted that on here a few years ago.Anyone seen the video of them deep frying the live fish at your table?
As far as I'm concerned there is only one thing that should be squirming when you eating it!!! Any guesses?
