I doubt you'd be able to see HITH, there's no close up of the fish.
 
Yeah even if its healthy, he'd do much better in a bigger tank with some plants or even just room to swim around.
 
many years ago I kept my oscar in a 30G Hex just like this . . . at the time, I didn't know any better . . .

on the plus side, it was what motivated me to learn more about how to properly keep my fish . . .
 
dang.. i would pick that fish up if i wasn't out in Cali... thats a nice huge Albino osar.. and the Hexagon tank would be great for some Discus..
 
Thats depressing, such great fish kept in such bad enviroments. I hope he goes to a good home and not kept in that tank he deserves the right to be able to actually swim
