pop eye disease?

Sorry I don't have pictures but my red oscar is about 6-7" and its eye is coming out. I think its pop eye disease and i wanted to know if their is a treatment. It seems to have a better appitite. I think its blind in the eye thats poping out. Any iformation that could cure it would be helpful.

yes there is another oscar green terror and yellow lab my tank is over crowded cause i didnt kno much bout fish wen i got the tank and there is two pacu and i think those r the tank mates that would occasionally bother it

What is your maintenance routine?
What is your feeding schedule? Post the menu you use.
How big is the tank and what are the other tankmates?
