Pop eye on Azul?

I purchased two azuls about a month ago, about 16 and 18”. One has developed what looks to be popeye? Neither of them seem to be eating much either. Weekly water changes 20-40%, water parameters are good, in a 300 gallon with a 55 gallon sump at 1200 gph. The only other fish is an 18” RTC who is doing very well. Really confused as to what the issue could be!

Check ur water parameters. If able to move to qt tank then do so and try some salt,1tsp per gallon.

Would consider maracyn2 if not improved in couple days with clean water and salt.
