pop eye south american cichlid

hi i just recently bought a geophagus winemilleri and he was beat up from the shipping but thought he will do fine, i noticed a little red where the fin meets the body on his anal fin didnt worry much but know both eyes are protruding from him ill post a pic in a little bit

just did a w/c, added salt and its been cycled for a while

I feel your pain man. My Texas hybred is looking bad right now, Eye is popped and has a lump on the cheek. Suggestiosn please.
