ok... i'm kinda freaking out....i have 30 gal saltwater fish only tank. i was feeding them and i discovered that one of my 4 striped damsels has a very large disdended eye.... is he going to die/ and whats the chance of it spreading?

It is incureable. It is probably best to trash that damsel because it can be spread. Your just lucky it was a cheap fish. I have had a blue devil damsel get popeye. Flushed it that day. It is the best. There is no cure for it.
