One of my Rafiel Catfish has pop eye, which is strange because I've never had a problem with pop eye or with my catfish, anybody have any advice on treating it?

pop eye can be caused by bad water conditions, bacterial infections resulting from bad water or physical trauma to the eye, and occasionally in some species too much protein. make sure your water is as clean as possible, with no ammonia, no nitrites, and under 15-20ppm of nitrate. less nitrates are better.

hopefully someone else will chime in with actual medication recommendations, I can't help there.

Do plenty of water changes to correct the water quality problem. Binox may be able to treat it but I find water changes more important.

Agreed that water quality is a major part of treatment. Injuries can also lead to infections that can cause pop eye as can kidney infections. Binox is a good med choice, as is Oxytetracycline or erythromycin.
