Popeye advice plz

My green terror has pop eye its not horrible but it is pop eye its a little swollen but not to bad I did a 40% water change added aquarium salt changed one of the filters raised the heat a bit and but one some mela fix any thing else I can do I don't wana loose him

Wrong section... but usually a little salt/improved water conditions fixed that kind of thing slowly over time
