Popeye Catalufa?

Anyone here ever kept a Popeye Catalufa? What did you think of them?

i think they are just like squirrel/soldier fish....

kinda, deeper water fish though. Their normal range is down to 300'. Was just wondering though if they are deep water fish will they die off really soon in a tank?

i'd think if they would die of pressure differences they'd do so when first brought up...

other 'deepwater fish' (bluespotted jawfish, blackcap grammas, certain cardinals and squirrels) all do fine when brought up...

Guess your right on the pressure thing. Think I may give this saltwater thing a try and start a monster saltwater tank
