How much would you add(it's a planted tank) and Epsom salt is fine right? It's been awhile lol

I didn't realize the tank was planted. Don't add any salt. If the eye gets worse, quarantine him.

Actually he hasn't been so far (6months or so) I've always tried planted with cichlids. It's worked for me so far, only one I ever had an issue in the past with was a GT. even then, he only would uproot them on occasion.
