Porcupine Puffer, Diodon holocanthus ?

I have a 5" Porcupine Puffer, this morning he was swimming just fine! I seen him about a hr later & he was swimming backwards & at the top & lining to one side a little! I grabbed him to see if he needed to be burped since I did see him some what inflated......but that doesn't seem to be the problem...he was a little Stress from the other night my 4' black spotted a moray eel talking his night time stroll around his tank! The Puffer stopped reacting to the eel since he realized he was not after him! .so could it be the stress or something else? I hope he makes it ??

So how's it acting now? Water parameters? Any other symptoms?

Perimeters are good Except nitrates is a little high! & I have the Salinity low right now!....he has been in this tank for a Month ....he is swimming in Circles at the bottom of the tank And then stops and lays in the corner and then he goes in circles agin! & he is Tilting always to one side & puffs up a little bit! All my other fish are doing great!! This happened after he got scared from the eel swimming around & he stopped eating it's been 2days

Did you qt him? Have you medicated in any way shape or form?

No meds & I had him in a 55 gallon for a 2 months! I wonder if he got stung by the rabbit fish?

So how low is a little low and how high is a little high?

I would say nits are 5.0 & Salinity 1 .17
