i'm on vaca in port richie there is a canal about 2 min from were i am staying am i to far north to catch any thing good meaning pbass or anything we keep in our tanks and does any one no any good lfs around here

Not sure about a lfs but I did grow up in that area and I know that if you go out towards the Anclote Power Plant on the right side before you get to the plant there is a pier and the fishing is decent. During low tide get some live shrimp and wade the right side of the pier usually good trout and reds in that area. If you have any more questions shoot me a PM
