poss itch please confirm

i have a 60 gal juvi tank, w/3 fh's 3 jd's, and 3 oscors, all fish are abou 2 1/2", had them for about a month, but i noticed white dots on the fish, some have more than others but i dont know what it is, can somebody inform me on what this disease is and let me know how to solve this problem.

Do the dots look like grains of salt? If so it is ich. Please refer to the sticky in this forum about ich treatment.
