Possibilities for Electric Blue

I have a male Electric Blue Haplo African Cichlid (Sciaenochromis Fryeri) used to be known as Ahli and well I was wondering if there were any other African Cichlids that he has the possibility of hybridizing with (cross breeding) or if the only option I have should I attempt to have him breed be another female of his species?


Thank you any help is appreciated as I have scavenged the internet for quite some time but haven't had much luck finding anything.

LOL look in the "mixed africans" tank and you might see one

but yeah they have OB fryeri those are hybrids just like OB peacocks....heck,theyve got OB d.comps

will easily hybridize I have 2 F0 males that havent sold yet and one of them knocked up a female tawain reef. I just feed the fry to the calvus.

Word thanks a lot you guys, he's my first African Cichlid so I've still got more learning to do but I'm getting there. Any suggestions as to what might be the most interesting cross? His color is so brilliant I'm just too curious to not be interested in trying to breed him. He's already a show off I can't imagine how he'd be with a lady in there
