Possible animal cruelty

Ok this just plain sucks. I love this series ,having loved it since a kid and was really pleased to find that youtube had some episodes. I was just waching this first but never seen episode when I see what apears to be a tegu being trown to the open jaws of a young aligator, that violently grabbs him by a front leg and shakes him. The tegu jerks in pain The poor tegu must have endup with a totaly crushed front leg for a stupid few seconds of "wresling". I inicialy thinked that the aligator was a pupet (this animal back has a sail like a dimetrodon) but that´s untill I stoped the image and see what is clearly a american aligator with a sail glued on its back Please wach untill 1:20 minutes and stop the image http://youtube.com/watch?v=zM9XcXN9g-k

ummm, that was definitely a live reptile. I'm not sure if it's a tegu though.

it almost looks like a plated lizard but its head is too chubby.

Yea thats a clip from a really old movie,maybe in poor taste to include it in the kids series but its not anything they did for the show.Cant think of the movie its from offhand but Ive seen it before.
