Oregon, it's part of 'Murica!
I have moved the female parrots and my male bonsai flowerhorn (99% sure on that). Well my largest female started cleaning out one of the flowerpots and noticed the flowerhorn chasing away the rest of the fish. He not all buddy buddy staying next to her. I noticed their tubes are sticking out a bit more than they were a week ago but they aren't at the point where they are really thick and about to lay eggs/fertilize. I really hope they pair off and give me some kirins. They are still a little skittish since I moved them so I had to stay my distance.

Yes, that looks like breeding activity. I like your FH. Does the FH gies in the pot with the BP?

No so thats why I wan't sure. My male blood parrot who she has laid eggs with a few times would always stick around her but then again my bonsai is a bit younger and is probably a little to young. I do know that the larger female would always check out a couple spots before they committed.

Another thing I noticed is whenever the flowerhorn and the parrot cross path they will slap each other with the tail and carry on their business. The flowerhorn doesn't do that with te other fish in the tank, he just shoos them away.

Well I took the other female parrot and the male firemouth out and rearranged the tank a bit. Now the flowerhorn is also clean out a flower pot so I think they are gonna breed. I thought the flowerhorn was a bit too young but I guess not.
