Possible Combo..GT/Jewel

I recently bought 3 green terrors( at Shark Aquarium in Hillside. They were sold as "Wild from Equador" - yellow/orange fins (gold saum?). I figure they were the offspring of the larger pair that were for sale. Very vibrant coloring on the male, having both yellow/orange tips while the fale had only yellow tail- still-very impressive.
But anyways..
I have read about GT being able to live with african cichlids. I am about to pick up jewel cichlids but i'm not sure how great of a combination that would be.
Any thoughts?

I have the combo right now, both around the same size and things are going fine. Give it a shot, just watch for aggression.

nice. I'm picking them up tomorrow afternoon. I was originally gonna grab some adults, but I think if there are juvies near the greenterrors' size- I'd opt for that. Thanks for the feedback.
