possible eggs?

been having this for the past month or so. i do water changes and make sure tank is clean the very next day more is in the spot of the clay pot. please give me your feedback on what you think this might be.

tank only has 1 blk aro 5 orinos and 1 ntt.

had the orinos for about 2 years already. they are getting bigger and bigger i would say 16+ inches. they are always flaring at each other going around in circles of each other, even guards the clay pot like it is sacred.

tanks is 7 x 30 x 24tall.

planning on moving the orino's to a pond bin of a 4x3x2.
