possible fungal infection on datnoide

one of my dats has what appears to be some sort of fungus. it is only on its face. it looks like little white secretions coming out of the pores under and around its eyes. i've tried pimafix, melafix and salt. nothing worked. has anyone had this experience? can it be stress related? any other tricks to try?

i was only paying attention to to the words DISEASE and INJURIES. i haven't been on in awhile. last time i was on there wasn't even a marine and brackish disease catagory.

Yeah well thats what reading is for. I would of given you an answer but im not really sure. It sounds like you have done most things already. Since where in the SW section try a salt dip.

Try using Maracyn

how big is your dat? turn up heat and add salt or melafix and pimafix combined works pretty well. if he is a 1"er from the indo batches... good luck. a lot of people are against treating dats at such a young age since they are so sensitive to medication.
