Possible Ick or something else?

I have had this Jack Dempsey for as long as my tank has been setup but as of lately my Female Green Terror has been bullying my Jack. I'm working on getting my 90gallon tank setup but for now they are stuck in my 45. I don't know if these marks are from my Green bullying my jack or if it's possibly ick? I am contemplating just taking my green terror to the lfs and trading him for credit cause my terror is just to aggressive for this size tank. Any thoughts on if this was from fighting or possibly ick or something else. Thanks in advance.

Well it was unclear to me but if it is just my fish getting beat up on I'm going to just traded terror in for some store credit.

My flowerhorn had the same thing I thought it was ich too so I took him to the store expert said it was beat up mark and missing scales.
