Hey all,
one of my gold wolves has developed a red wart looking growth on the main ray of his anal fin. Every day it get's bigger and now I am noticing another similar looking growth starting to form on his side. I did a little research and it seems to be lymphocystis. I am not positive and I'll try to get some pictures up but I don't have a very good camera. So far every picture that I have taken does not show anything more descriptive than what I have typed here. Can anyone hep me with this though? Anyone have experience with lymphocystis? I have a book of tropical fish diseases that says many cases of this are incurable unless removed with scalpel (which I really don't feel experienced enough to do). However, from what I have read on here it seems to be common knowledge that this can be cured with salt and increased water changes.
