Possible male dovii?

Picked this little one up the other day. It's only two inches so I know anything is just a guess right now. I'm hoping and leaning towards male. In the light small dots are visible throughout the fins. Let me know what you guys think.

I'm now 95% this one's a male. Blues are beginning to develop in the mouth and fins. Spots on the body and fins are more prominent as well. He's around 3in.

Well I know for sure now that this one is male. Here's an update at about 3 inches. Extremely confident even at this size. He's getting really nice colors as well. My female Costa Rican had begun noticing too. The last pic is her. Thanks for looking
