Came across this link at polygem.com. A company that zoos ect use to build custom artificial rocks ect

Has 3 different formulations. One is a slow set with a pot life of 50 minutes!
A fast set, and also says they have a semi hard/flexible formulation ( I'm interested in learnin more about this one )

There is a PDF on the link that shows the tensile strength ect of the epoxy
 
So just to recap this plan (correct me if I'm wrong Marine).. the plan is to try a new method of using large PVC sheets welded together in lieu of using any type of coat sealant... and then to bond this shell to your window...

It sounds awesome.. a paradigm shift in tank building if it works.

Yes spiff however the link on this thread I just for people to look at or investigate if you will of using this to fiberglass with.

I haven't made a thread about the 307 lite epoxy putty yet lol. I wanna get some of it in and smear it on some sanded PVC and let it cure first ... See how strong it sticks to the PVC and how flexible it is !

Then I'll make a new thread just about it :)
