Possible new tank?

So I was on a buy and sell site and seen this tank, stand, tank, and sump all for $400, tank is 150g I believe.

I’m a little hesitant as I have never used a sump and know nothing about gem or the plumbing....what do you guys think?

Go for it that looks like a real wood stand and canopy. You can get help here with setting up your sump.

It’s custom oak stand, I’m also kind of worried about weight...I’m on the main floor of a duplex and I don’t know thefloor construction for holding weight....I know my place was built 8-9 years ago...
