I have three senegalus about 3", 4", and 6". They were in a 150g (72"×18"24" approximately) along with various 2"-4" SA/CA cichlids. The tank is also filled with cichlid stones to allow adequate hiding. After a few days the senegalus have all developed a large white spot on their heads and one appears to have several down his body. At first, I thought they could be scratching themselves on the cichlid stones. After it developed on multiple senegalus, I believe it to be a fungal infection but would greatly appreciate someone else's knowledge and insight, as I am relatively new to fish keeping. Currently, they have been moved to a separate tank. Would love any help possible. Also my first post so please let me know if I did anything wrong.

And if you can take more pic. So everyone can see whats going on

Tankmates are 3" EBJD, 3" EB Texas, 2.5" green terror, 1" jag, 2" flowerhorn that was raised with the green terror, and a 2" frontosa raised with geos. It's mainly a grow out tank. Hope these pictures help. I can get more but really the only thing to take a picture of is that large white spot (and the few smaller spots which are visible down the body).

What's ur water parameters? Don't look fungal. Looks like heater burn. All the spots are on top of the head. Is ur heater in tank? Would keep the water clean and add salt for now.

It dont really look like a fungal, but if its a fungal like kno4te mentioned aquarium salt and clean water will help.

Might be getting attack my the other tank mates, i had a lapradei with same spot when it was getting attacked by jack dempsey.

Glad to hear it's not fungal. The post you had me read was helpful. I searched the site but really couldn't find what I was looking for so thank you. Most likely some kind of physical damage either cramming into spaces too small (my guess) or heater burn. The reason I'm thinking rubbing into things/spaces too small is because before I had cichlids in there the polys had been there for months, with the the same heater, no injures. I'm actually color blind and no one else is over right now so I'll have to wait on water parameters. Sounds like time and separation from fish and the cichlid stones will heal them, though it will also leave me without a definitive answer. Rather them be healed. Keep you guys updated!
