Is it possible to mix them? I know bream are cold water but they would be quite an addition to my future 2,000 gallon carnivore tank :)

Some panfish can tolerate higher temperatures but they will probably be very aggresive because of increased metabolism. alot of people on here mix sunfish with cichlids

Feed them same food you feed to American cichlids.

I was thinking about catching a few wild bream and maybe a few crappie and then finishing with 2-3 green sunfish. In the rest of the tank i want 2-3 tiger oscars (at least 1 female for breeding). 3 red parrots, 2 red devils, some jewels, a few electric blues, and others

Should be okay if you slowly add water from the tank you are putting the fish in, into the bucket the wild fish are in. I do usually do a cup of water every 10mins until i feel good about them not getting shock. Sounds like a crazy stocklist. Might be some serious aggresion between the oscars , green sunfish and the rest of the cichlids. I've got a black crappie currently and it is a very shy and calm fish.

Ye green sunfish are pretty frisky in warm temps they a lot more aggresive than blue gill... may not inlcude them but with a 2,000 gal tank wouldnt they stick to the cooler parts of the tank?

There are few issues with your stock:

Electric Blue JD are less aggressive and young ones less than 3" are weak and frailing. Adults may not able to handle the aggressive fish.

Crappies may not able to handle the aggressive fish.

Make sure Jewel cichlids has some size on them to avoid being eaten by oscars, large green sunfish and warmouth (large warmouth are excellent predators for stunted sunfish populations in small ponds).

It doesn't matter if green sunfish are aggressive than bluegill, you have aggressive cichlids as well, especially red devils.

I will have a 50 gal grow out tank for all the juveniles. I have been told that as long as they have been treated correctly and all have enough hiding places as well as territory they should all get along. I dont intend on using warmouth... i don't really like the brownish green coloration but blue gill are perfect color and size and my only use them and school them with green sunfish.

I intend on feeding all fish in here:

Basic staple diet of chichlid pellets and once every 2 months feed them goldfish or rosies.

I also may be adding a pleco or 2 (of decent size) before adding it to the tank and I'm also considering green terrors and Midas.
