A picture from above is normally needed to sex them but in smaller specimens like yours it's kinda hard to get a truly accurate sexing. Get an above and if you can below photo maybe you'll get lucky.
Top view will help. It is likely to be male but not a sure thing. Female L24s and L25s have pectoral growth similar to the males. Up until my L25 female spawned the census by us 'experts' was that it was definitely a male.
