Possible trimac or just a flowerhorn????

Got this fish as it looks colourful like a rainbow. Can somebody help id this. And the sex if possible.

If you can get a pic with the dorsal fin extended, it would help determine sex.
Note the dark spot (blotch) in the dorsal of my female in both pics above, that shes in.
The spot is normally one of the most obvious female traits in many Central American cichlids. One caveat, it can be intermittent.

I would say it is mostly a trimac but might have somthing else and I would say it could be a female because it's head does not have a hump but I could be wrong

It's a FH - but need a dorsal fin view to sex it. I'm guessing female until I see that.
