i have loads of 55gals comming my way from a group of customers who are moving and such...i have been slowly taking in their tanks for lil to no money...and i mean lil(30 bucks is the most i have spent on one with stand and hood and filters so on and so on...whole setups pretty much...granted filters and lights and such arent the best but i got some lieing around plus i buy them cheap so) but i was wondering if a ray would be fin in a 55gal tank. if so what type of ray would be okay in the 55gal. thanks.

a baby ray for a couple of months and thats about it... do you own an aquatic company?

If you wanna keep rays, buy a decent size tank like a 6x3x2H or better yet a pond..... and use a 55g or 2 for a wet/dry filter..

Id say you could get a stingray decoration for a 55G. Nthin else. sorry bro

Try upgrading to a 200-300 gallon tank coz most rays grow very large and really need space especially on the width of the tank. If you want bottomdwellers, try bichirs, catfishes or loaches.

No ray will do well in a 55gal tank.

bout the only bad thing bout living in HI i can think of is the Ray ban.
