Hey guys, woke up in the middle of the night and turned my lights on to check the fish then I saw this on the side:

Some of it feels like glass "cracking" when I put pressure on it. I'm seriously worried. Any thoughts?

A bit of the glass actually came out... Ah crap. Time to find a new tank

Aah no worries, your tank just dropped a scale; my Arowana do it from time to time as well. ;)

That's kind of strange you suddenly woke up in the middle of the night though, you must have some 6th sense :)

Hope you can get another tank somehow, good luck with it.

Or, something must have made that noise, waking him up, while cracking the tank. Do you have any pets that might have done this?

Either way, good luck. That's a terrible thing but the bright side is your floor is not wet and you get to shop for a new tank!

Hope you have a safe fish transfer. Do you have a new tank lined up?
I have a tub. I'll have to see about a new tank in the new year unfortunately :(

I think I just have messy sleep haha. But thanks!

Honestly I think it's been there for a few weeks at least, but I only noticed now it was in the glass, not on the glass. But to be safe I'm making a tub happen
