Post about your Bay snooks!

about 4 days ago i bought a 6-7" Male Bay snook and love him to bits, does anybody else keep them? And if so post some pics, no matter how big or small they are. I have also read that they can reach 18" and would love to see one at this size whether it's yours or one that you found on the web. Cheers!

6 to 8 inch range...something like that...They seem to grow slower than the Pbass....my RTC...and pinky the arowanna. So far we've lost all of the eggs to the snails but hope to remove the eggs next time around.

I'm still trying to get a good picture of a decient snook 'yawn' but they never seem to do it when I have the camera. One of the things that amazes me about the snooks is how well they have held their own in a tank full of monsters.

I too would love to see a 18" snook. Though I dont know what thier max size. Perhaps it is 18"?

I always liked snooks but never had the urge to go and buy one. Their mouth is insane it stretches out so far!

ours is 8-9 inches and really nasty,He had to be moved from the big peacock tank because he was trying to boss everyone around.
