Post counts

interesting.. i bet alot of people wont be very happy about this. i joined last august, so im going on a year. and havent really put too much effort into building my post count but if i was here as long as some of you guys have been and have as many posts id probably be a little upset.
is this a for sure thing?
 
Personally, I don't care about my post count, but I do think it helps differentiate between people who are on the forum a lot and those who aren't often. I do agree with you too though, even though I don't really care, I have worked hard to try to make as many comments as I can. Oh well, I guess we'll see how it turns out.
 
i like the post count, its show who really a real MFk or not..
 
ditto ^^^^ post counts,, doesn't bother me. how long you been on mfk is important.
 
I dont care either way, but I highly doubt they would do it. Every Forum on the net has a post count.

It wouldn't really bother me... I like the post counts though. Like it's already been said, it helps differentiate between people who are on MFK a lot, and people that will post once every couple of months, or at all.


I believe if they take away post count indicators, they should at least keep the user titles.

For a little while there, they put up how many hours you've been on the site since you joined. That was interesting. Ranking would change pretty dramatically if they did it that way. Not that ranking matters.
