Here's the first that I know for sure is lethal. Do not put a mbu puffer, or Fly River Turtle, with an albino lungfish. Any of the fish would try to make dinner out of the lungfish. Good thing I saw the "tasting" and "nipping" of the appendages, and the dorsal fin...Unless you like your lungfish to look like it has a row of the letter "V"s on the dorsal fin...

Piranha and anything, Phago maculata and anything, Pike topminnow and anything smaller than 4" long, Marbled gobies and anything smaller than they are, B. yarelli cats and almost anything. Gulper cats and almost anything, candiru and anything much bigger than they are. Dwarf puffers and angelfish.

3ft rtc and any fish under 12" believe me there dinner.
24" arrowna with small fish.
red terror and tankmates= dead tankmates
pike cichlids with smaller fish
channel catfish and koi.... no koi left.
breeding convicts and tankmates = bad idea
clownknife fish and tiger barb
big mbu with haplachromis rostratus = rostratus with no head.
big mbu with frontosa= front with no head ( i was very ~#!#/' off)
5" jaguar cichlid with 7"silver sharks= silver sharks with no eyes!
