Snapping turtle

Around 1 1/2 years old getting big and strong

Trying to bite my finger

TI'd tried to get a good shot of his face this was the best one i could get i all most got an awesome shot but ... he bit the camera

Hes growing very fast he could fit in my palm when i found him no bigger around then a ping pong ball

I turn my back on him for one second and hes crawling away

Nice snapper:D and leo;) However one thing: dont use that blue colored gravel, your just asking for trobble, one of our menbers had is snapper sedated to remove a peace of plastic from a filter that he eat and became stuck in the digestive sistem, snappers can eat allmost anything that fits their jaws and the blue inck may make it toxic:eek: Get rid of it:grinno:

killerfish you have a nice leo ;)

Thank you for the comments i tried to find other threads like this with the serch function but couldn't i found ones for bird pics and for pics of the largest Reps you own but i couldn't find any all purpose reptile pic threads so i appologise if theres all ready a thread like this

I've been meaning to get rid of the blue gravel but just haven't gotten around to it i suppose its not necessary to have blue gravel in a blue tub plus it will be eazier to clean his tub with it gone
