They get trashed by people on Forums so much but nearly everone has one or more so come on and show us all those Oscars, IMO one of the best fish in the hobby.

Nice lookin' oscars Nova 8! It is good to see oscars that don't have hole in the head or stunted, deformed bodies. I manage a LFS and people are always bringing in truly sad o's. Yours look great! It's easy to tell the difference between fish that have actually been cared for and ones that have been fed only feeders in a 20 tank their whole life. Oscars were my first fish and even though they can be kinda stupid sometimes, they have great puppy dog personalities.
Man, I just bought a baby, O's are very nice fish. They have to be one of the most interactive fish alive. Mine is an Albino Red, but only roughly 1 1/2 inches right now.
He is the most curious fish I've had other then a redline snakehead. I love him or her since they can't accuratly ever be sexed.
