i was eatting moldy food. i had this pound cake that had mold on it. well the inside part. i ate around it and it still was nasty. it was like powdery feeling that you cant swallow. nowadays i just cook chicken on the george forman grill thing.
 
My girl makes chicken dijon with seared potatos and asparagus.

You mix dijon mustard with heavy cream.

my favorite lately is thin chicken breasts... dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs.. fry in olive oil or butter.. drizzle all over with fresh lemon...this is called "chicken schnitzel"...its a german recipe.. i went to this german restaurant and fell in love with this dish so i finally got the recipe.. it is easy to make so i have it all the time.. on the side buttered garlic noodles and what ever veggie you like.. and its low fat.. and low calories.. so its a good dinner all the way around.. wow i wish i was having this tonight..lol

basic lemon pepper chicken! mix oil and hot sauce (if you like it spicey ) brush on chicken and sprinkle lemon pepper then grill it up! its easy and yummy! or spicey potatos. dice potatoes put in caserole dish mix with olive oil. then mix in cayan chilli powder garlic powder salt and chili flakes nice and spicey! and cook at 400F for about 45min ( easy but takes a little time waiting)

Quick an ez one for ya thats fantastic.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Boil.
Take two pillsbury cresent rolls(raw) and make a pocket with them.
Put some chicken and your favorite cheese in them.
Close pocket.
Cook the pocket for the length of time the pillsbury rolls pack says.

Enjoy!!

Mmm, now im hungry.

baked salmon with ground pepper and paprika, add crumbled blue cheese and fresh chives or green onion 5 minutes before done.
or change spices to pepper and garlic and serve on top of a mashed sweet potato.

You can also throw in some finely chopped herbs into the breadcrumb mix as well to really add to the flavors... Basil / Oregano / Rosemary / Parsley... the options are endless...

Oh, and to really add to the dish, get some potatoes, chop them up into small bite-sized cubes, sprinkle olive oil ontop and add some fresh, smashed rosemary along with some gralic and bake till soft... very nice simple side to go with the Schintzel...
