holy crap. how long have you had him? what was his diet? i have one and he is growing quick, and I can 't wait to use that as an excuse to upgrade the 150 ....

People commonly make the mistake of keeping them in small tanks and stunting them. They do so much better when they have room. I no longer have him but he was about 2 years old in that pic and close to 2'. His main diet was several types of sinking pellets.

no pics right now my pond is to dirty but i have a 15 maybe 16inch albino channel.
