A nearby LFS sends me a list of fish that are available to specially order.
On the list, which they sent me via email today were hystrix, retics and "Stingray Laticep sp."
After a couple minutes on google and MFK I found out that laticeps is a synonym for Motoro, right?
They were listed as "medium size", but they didn't say in centimeters or inches, but on the LFS's website a "Medium Large" Motoro is said to be 6"/15cm.
So these are probably really young pups, around 4-5". I just sent him an email asking if he could find out the exact size of the pups, but I doubt he can give me an answer.

Has anyone ordered rays from Neil Hardy Aquaria, were you happy with the results?
My current tank is 125g and I was wondering if I would have a problem with adding 3 pups (5-6") with my current motoro male, which is 9-10" (disc size)?

P. laticeps is an older name that we used when I first got into FW rays. If I remember correctly, it merged in with P. hystrix .....right?? The rays I had labeled that way were a rich/dark brown color with lighter brown marking on them (but not clean circles like P. motoro).

Someone chime in if they can shed more light on the subject.
