Potassium Permanganate

Has anyone used this? I think this might be the solution to knocking some things out of my tank, other than throwing it out the window.....

BUT, from the research ive done, it sounds like you can really screw up with PP....

I've used it. Never use it with other chems, can cause a reaction. It will clear water, and it apparently will help with internal infections, although it didn't in my case. A last resort in my opinion.
