I have 2 cats and they spend most of their time in the room that houses my double 75's and they've managed to unplug the extension cord from the wall numerous times as it stands and I think I've found a way to prevent that. Just recently I've found these extension cords that completely cover the socket.
As you can see they completely cover the socket and if you read some of the questions answered you'll find out that they come with strong adhesive tape so you can make sure it fits snugly to the socket.
I will report back when I have had a chance to use them for some time.

On another note other items were considered but were rejected by me but may work better for others.

Pointy things

Noise producing pad

Shock pad

HD has weatherproof box covers that can be added quickly and definitely cheaper than the products you posted.

You mean this?
If so, they would still pull it out of the wall.

No, I was thinking of This one and click on the video to see how it installs. It allows the cords to protrude from the bottom and it's lockable in case your cats try to flip it open.

There are probably other brands available but that one popped up in a quick search.

Well I wish I had done more research and found that before I had made the purchase. Well anyway, I'll still continue on as planned but I'll keep this in mind for when I do a fishroom upgrade.

Near the powerpoint, wrap the extension cord a couple of times around a short length of wood and drop a 5kg bag of sand or some other heavy object on the wood.

Or throw a rug over the extension cord where they play with cord.

While I appreciate your comment fishdance I believe you have my problem mistaken. I am not having a problem with the cats pulling cords out of the extension cord but the cats pulling the extension cord out of the wall socket.
The plug in part is like this

I would imagine I would have less trouble with them pulling it out if the plug in part was flat like this

I use a special spray to keep my cat from scratching up the furniture. The citrusy smell keeps the cat away from the sprayed items.Maybe you can give it a try.
