pothos

I was thinking of adding some pothos to all my tanks, how should I add the pothos, do only the roots hang in the tank and would I need some kind of pot?

Clip the leafs off about 2" from the bottom of the stem then let them hang out of your tank. They will grow roots into the water column and no pot is needed at all! Here's a pic of mine to somewhat show what I mean! You can see the roots they put out in the background! Been growing them like this for years and they love it as you can see in the second pic of how long they are lol! Then you can clip em and put them in more tanks or pot them around your house.
