And the worst MFK award goes to me. I was moving 6 Melanochromis joanjohnsonae aka Exasperatus fry out of my 10gal growout-nursery into my 15gal nursery with my other larger fry because I had to go back to using the 10 as a hospital because one of my blue channels got the crap beat out of him and they seem big enough to hang with my other fry now. Anyways. . . I was putting them in a pitcher as I caught them one by one when my step daughter came in crying with a bloody nose. After helping my wife deal with the bloody nose and getting really distracted I grabbed the pitcher with its couple of inches of water + fry and dumped it into the sink 
. I subsequently screamed like a little girl and proceeded to run around like chicken with his head cutoff. Fortunately there were a few dirty dishes in the sink and luckily they caught some of them. Ultimately only 2 went down the drain and the surviving 4 are fine.
But yeah. . .worst MFK ever.
